Exit the train at West 8th Street – New York Aquarium Station and follow the signs to the W 8th Street exit. Take the stairs down to street level.
Turn left and walk straight – heading away from the ocean. It’s about a 5-minute walk (0.2 miles).
As you walk, you’ll see the Police Department and FDNY Battalion on your right – that’s your landmark to know you’re going the right way. Keep going straight until you reach the intersection with Sheepshead Bay Road, then turn right toward a glass 7-story building.
Walk along the building, passing Georgian Corner and DII Deals & Discounts. Look for the entrance marked 626 – that’s your door. Enter through the door with “626” on it and take the elevator to the 5th floor.
When you exit the elevator, go through the glass door and turn left. You’ll immediately see our office – Suite 530. Look for the Metodica sign on the door. Ring the bell – and welcome in.
Neptune Avenue Station

Exit the train at Neptune Avenue Station and follow the signs to the W 6th Street exit. Take the stairs down to street level and walk straight toward Neptune Avenue – about 400 feet or 2 minutes.
Cross the street at the crosswalk, then turn right and cross again – you’ll see McDonald’s on your right. From there, turn left and walk straight toward Sheepshead Bay Road – it’s about 300 feet or a 1.5-minute walk.
At the intersection of W 6th Street and Sheepshead Bay Road, you’ll see a glass 7-story building. Cross the street toward the building and turn right. Walk along the sidewalk next to the building – you’ll pass the parking entrance, the Post Office, Centers Urgent Care, and a Convenience Store. Our entrance is the door marked 626.
Enter the building and take the elevator to the 5th floor. When you exit the elevator, go through the glass door and turn left. You’ll immediately see our office – Suite 530. Look for the Metodica sign on the door, ring the bell – and welcome in.

Parking
Start at the intersection of Sheepshead Bay Road and West 8th Street. You’ll see a glass 7-story building at 626 Sheepshead Bay Road. Drive along the building – look for the Post Office (USPS) as your landmark. Right after that, you’ll see the entrance to the parking garage.
Take the ramp up to the second floor. At the entrance, take a ticket – please keep it with you until the end of your visit, as you’ll need it to pay when exiting.
The parking garage is spacious and convenient. After parking your car, head to the elevator, go up to the 5th floor, walk through the glass door, and turn left.
You’ll immediately see our office – Suite 530. Look for the Metodica sign on the door. Ring the bell – and welcome in!
