Initial concerns at the first visit:

- Persistent facial redness – rosacea

- Increased skin sensitivity

- Frequent irritation and breakouts

- Excess sebum production, oily skin

The goals were to:

Knowledgeable, professional and very nice overall. They listen and help. Especially huge thanks to Oksana - she is the only cosmetologist in NYC who was able to treat my rosacea. Not a single dermatologist was able to do that. Most definitely recommend to everyone.

Why we chose this approach?

IPL phototherapy has vasoconstrictive and anti-inflammatory effects, addressing key symptoms of rosacea.

Meso Botox is highly effective in reducing skin hyperreactivity and frequency of vascular flare-ups.

Hyaluronic acid injections restore moisture and improve skin texture.

Facial cleansing helps prevent flare-ups and controls sebum.

Home skincare enhances the effect of treatments and supports remission.

What technology did we use?

M22 by Lumenis — a multifunctional platform with an IPL module, recognized as a global standard for treating vascular conditions and rosacea. It provides precise yet gentle action, effectively reducing redness and inflammation without damaging the skin’s surface. Equipment and protocols are FDA-approved.

What do we recommend to maintain remission?

  1. Annual IPL phototherapy (course 3–5 sessions)

  2. Continued customized home care routine

  3. Consistent use of sun protection.
